QSCad v3 includes a number of new 'Snap' options that will enable user measure faster and more accurately.
All QSCad users will know that making use of the Snap facilities enable them to ensure accurate measurement that matches the drawing exactly.
QSCad v3 includes Snap facilities that will make Version 2 users green with envy including:-

Snap to nearest – snaps to the nearest available line – especially good for curves etc.

Snap to Intersection – snaps to the intersection of two lines
- Snap to Perpendicular – snaps to the line identified at a point that is exactly perpendicular to the previous point selected.
- Snap Indicator – A box which indicates where the snap will be performed based upon the current cursor position.
- User-defined Snap Focus – choose how close you need to be for snap to operate
