Coming Soon...
Two new Masterbill Elite modules are nearing completion - find out what you can expect.
Cash Flow Forecasting with a difference!
The last couple of months have seen us putting the finishing touches to the Masterbill Elite Cash Flow Forecasting module which we are sure will put a number of new tools into the hands of its users.
This new module not only includes the ability to produce Cash Flow Forecasts using a traditional S-curve but it also allows costs to be allocated to the Contractor’s Programme via a Gantt Chart and enables users to combine and chart any number of Forecasts to enable the user to produce a Forecast for a complete multi-phase project or indeed a complete Capital Works programme.
This module is packed with features that enable the QS to not only predict the Cash Flow but also to monitor and manage it as the project progresses. With features such as Advance Payments, Lump Sums, Actual Payments and Earned Value Analysis we are certain that users and clients will really benefit from this addition to our portfolio in these challenging times when Cash Flow has become more important than ever before.
As part of our testing we have also assisted in preparing a Cash Flow Forecast on the Zayed University project in Abu Dhabi which is worth some £500m over the next 3 years. The initial reaction from the QS was very positive indeed expressing that he could see how this module would save him having to spend 3 days working on a complex spreadsheet every time the Cash Flow needed to be updated.
The Masterbill Cash Flow Forecasting module will be officially launched at our conference in Scotland on 9th July 2009.
Masterbill Elite Post Contract module
The conference in July will also see the first public showing of the latest Masterbill Elite module, Post Contract.
This module includes unprecedented re-use of Pre Contract data, the ability to produce Financial Statements and Final Account reports in the user’s chosen format and the ability to create special Remeasurement Bills, if required.
This module builds on the approach adopted for both Freeform Bills and Cost Planning and enables the user to compile and combine data from various sources in one place.
