Out of Africa!
For as long as I can remember we have had an agent in Kenya, a recent visit to the UK has reviatlised the relationship and should see an increase in the number of African users.
March saw the visit of the next generation of Miguna Consultants in the form of George Karita when he spent a week with us to be trained in the very latest Masterbill Elite and QSCad systems.
We had an excellent week with George and are pleased to report that it seems as if we will be hearing a lot more from him and doing a lot more business together in the coming months and years as we put together some plans to see our software used more throughout Kenya and the surrounding countries of East Africa.
Since his return George has already begun work on a marketing plan, carried out his first demonstration for a Kenyan QS practice, installed the system and, as we write is carrying out the training for the NHCC in Uganda.
We are hopeful this visit will revitalise our relationship with Miguna Consultants and see more African QS’s benefitting from our software in the years to come.
Of course, we were also pleased to show George the sights, but finding an English restaurant in London proved to be a bit of a challenge!
