Hiding Columns

Have you ever wnated to print the Drainage and Siteworks Schedules from QSCad only to find you will need a piece of paper the size of a bedsheet?

QSCad Drainage and Siteworks modules both enable the user to carry out complex measurements in minutes rather than hours by carrying out all the necessary calculations for them.  At Masterbill we have always been keen to provide the user with a full audit trail to enable them to see what the system has done and the basis of the calculations.  This is often displayed in the form or a Schedule which contains all the columns necessary to carry out these complex calculations.

So what happens if you wish to provide this Schedule to another party or print it out for yourself?

Those users that have tried will know that the large number of columns can result in printing the Schedule becoming a bit of a challenge especially when some of the columns simply contain zeros.

Well help is now at hand as we have now added facilities to enable users to hide any columns that contain no useful data prior to printing these schedules.

To hide columns simply right-click on the Schedule and select Hide Columns With No Values

We trust this will make printing these Schedules a bit easier.
