Why Upgrade?

Reason 19 – Find Prices Facility.

Find prices for the current item from Previous Projects in seconds.

If you are wondering whether an item has ever been priced before, this feature will help you know for sure.

With the primary emphasis of Masterbill Elite being the creation and population of a comprehensive Cost Database, we are now able to offer features that go beyond anything we have ever produced before. The Find Prices facility is one such feature as it enables the user to draw upon the Cost Database whenever they need a price, by finding all prices previously used for a particular item.

By clicking on a measured item in the bill View window, users may access the Find Prices function from the Right Mouse Button menu.

Masterbill Elite searches the entire database for ‘identical’ items and displays the findings as follows:

Masterbill Elite Bills of Quantities Software enables the user to Find Prices for an Item in any previously stored Tender

Users may then carry out one or more of the following tasks:-

• Filter the list of ‘matches’ by specifying their preferred division.
• Filter the list of ‘matches’ by specifying their preferred project.
• Filter the list of ‘matches’ by specifying to display only these from preferred tenders.
• Select a single price to use for the current item in the current tender.
• Select multiple prices to average and use for the current item in the current tender.

It’s now easier than ever to find the price you’re looking for.
