Pricing Adjustments
How do I uplift all prices by 5%? How can I incorporate the Director's Adjustment? Pricing Adjustments provide the answers.
“Is it possible to apply a global adjustment to all the prices in a bill?”
This is just one of many questions that can be answered “Yes, by making use of the Attributes and Allowances features.
A global adjustment may be applied by:-
Step 1 - Pricing the bill as normal, using the standard pricing or detailed resource pricing facilities
Step 2 - Add on Allowance as follows:

Click on the Adjustments button

Click on the Allowances button

Enter the Allowance description, value and type.

Select “Spread” in the report

Click the Update Allowance button.

Save the Allowances by clicking the Save button.
Step 3 - View the bill as normal. The prices included should be as entered in Step 1 above.

Click the Apply Allowance button
The prices now displayed have been adjusted in accordance with the Allowance entered.
Note: Allowances may be either a percentage or an amount, they can also be either positive or negative.
