Uncertain Times?
As I write this Newsletter it seems that during the last few months the unexpected just keeps on happening; the Liberal Democrats are in Government, Spain lost to Switzerland and England could only manage a draw with Algeria in the World Cup and Bills of Quantities are becoming more popular again!
It seems that as the economic climate has become more uncertain more and more people are turning to Bills in order to reduce the uncertainty of their Project and/or Tenders.
In recent months we have seen an increasing number of Construction Companies considering and adopting both our BQ Production and Measurement software to assist them in reducing the uncertainty inherent with the Specification and Drawings approach and so reducing their risk.
Although clients may not commission Quantity Surveyors to produce Bills of Quantities as often it seems the tried and tested tool is still popular amongst those who are being asked to adopt the risk.
This newsletter includes all the regular articles designed to help you make the most of our software and use it as efficiently as possible but also includes some reports from Africa and the Middle East from customers who have already seen the benefit of using our software.
We trust these will make interesting reading as you seek to save time and money by using Masterbill Software.
