Trying Times Ahead?

It seems this month has been full of Trying Situations.

Every time I have turned on the News in the last few weeks I have been confronted with predictions and signs of a financial crisis and downturn in the economy.  Whether you choose to believe the economists or not there is certainly no harm in ensuring that you are working as efficiently as possible, if you take a look at our latest software you may be surprised as the efficiencies and benefits it now offers over and above its predecessors and paper-based methods.

Looking slightly closer to home I was interested to see a letter in the March edition of the Construction Manager entitled 'Whatever happened to the QS?' in which a young estimator asked why BQs have fallen out of favour.  Well we still have a large user-base who are very much in favour of BQs and continuing to produce them in large numbers, even if a fair percentage are for the Contractors.

Finally even closer to home we were sad to hear the news from our QSCad developer Richard Martin of the discovery of bowel cancer during a recent hospital visit, Richard has now successfully undergone his first round of surgery and plans to undergo further treatment in the coming weeks but will obviously be out of action for a while.  We are sure you will want to join us in wishing Richard a speedy recovery and may want to click here to send your well wishes direct.

Here's hoping for a better May!
