Although there are a number of so called 'industry standards' for electronic tendering, the experience of our customers suggests that these rarely deliver the true potential of eTendering. 

In 2001 Masterbill developed their own eTendering XML standard which not only enables Masterbill customers to issue and receive electronic tender documents but also enables them to issue tender amendments electronically.

Masterbill's BQ Production and Estimating Systems incorporate all that is needed to take advantage of this standard, tenderers without Masterbill software simply need to obtain a copy of our eTender software.

Enables users to electronically: • Receive and print Bills of Quantities • Package and distribute Bills of Quantities to subcontractors • Export to other estimating systems using CITE • Receive subcontract prices for inclusion in tenders • Price and return Bills of Quantities
